Where did it begin.... I woke up one morning, looked at that beloved baby fat, and walked into a gym ... a few months later I was stepping out on to a stage with an incredible new body, and an incredible amount of new found confidence!
2009 blessed me with the oppourtunity to be able to invite you all into my personal world right here in Richmond with the opening of Fitness Boutique!
About Me
Born in Sydney (in the late 60's), my parents moved to Melbourne while I was still crawling, and we stayed here throughout all my growing years until I was old enough to go my own way!
I left school at 15 to pursue a fabulous career... in a bakery :-) My second job was in a clothing store, my third was Motherhood! Anything to avoid family business.
My first son was born in 1985. He was born with a severe disability, and is as gorgeous as ever! I raised him as a single parent using family respite services. I worked part-time as a promotional model/go-go dancer/and disc jockey in clubs and venues around Melbourne and several country towns. Occasionally I travelled with my baby, and occasionally without.
By the 90's I braved my own business, The Promotional Agency. I worked myself and booked other models, dancers and promotional persons for venues and clubs such as The Metro, The Chevron, Hot Gossip, Pinki's, Images, Darby's (showing my age), just to name a few.
As a dancer, I graced the stages of several well known Cabaret Venues such as The Sheraton Hotel Group and The Swagman, along with private functions. Carlton Bluebirds, Big M, Myers & Grace Bro's, Fosters (Grand Prix) were a few of my favorites, alongside modeling for Lindy Lane, Sports Illustrated and several branded products.
By the late 90's, I had hung up my dancing shoes and put my head down to study. I attempted Interior Design with little luck. Eventually I successfully completed a course in Real Estate while living in Sydney, Professional Journalism and Counseling. Thanks to family (business) I am a fully qualified Florist. My involvement with flowers now is basically in the home, and of course for friends and family - weddings, parties etc..
2003 blessed me with a little baby boy. From there I studied massage and furthered my counseling focusing on personal achievement and growth, personal crisis and abusive relationships.
I studied my CIII and CIV in Health and Fitness, plus an Internationally accredited Personal Trainer ISSA, in between my training and raising 3 beautiful sons, now 5, 18 and 23 (the oldest doesn't live at home). My continued studies specialize in diet and weightloss for women and men, for everyday success to the extreme of competing.
I run several small internet business' and work as a voluntary crisis councilor when time permits. I am committed and enjoy fund raising. I hope to have time to complete a course with the CARE for KIDS foundation offering in home voluntary services to families with children with terminal illnesses. My present commitiment is to support the Fire Victims Appeal where I see possible!
I am very passionate about all that I do, and all that I believe in! I am also very grateful to be able to manage my time to be able to do as much as I do without neglecting the most important ones in my life - my kids!
My kids love what I do and you will find them at most of the shows I am involved in! I love the shows and am currently very excited about my warm seat on the judging panel for the prestigious INBA.
I often can be found around Melbourne judging different beauty pageants and bikini model competitions. I love it!

My ultimate goal is to be able to inspire You and many others to find the courage and motivation to get out there and make the changes to your life that will open doors that you thought never existed and perhaps like me, you can transform your dream into reality!
Your goal may be that perfect bikini body, or to grace the stage at an international level. No goal is too small or too extreme.
'No Body is worth more than Your Body' is the motto I live and breathe!
I can't do the work for you, but I can certainly give you all the encouragement and share the tools and knowledge I have used that will help you and many others, 'Get that Body Moving' and take a step towards doing something fabulous for yourself!
Together we can set your goals and we'll work together to get you to where you want to be with confidence!
